How billing works per channel
Same tier names everywhere — a few channel-specific rules worth knowing before you order.
Linked-device sending via your Fonnte account. Each device has its own plan badge, quota, and expiry.
WABA
Meta Cloud API numbers use the same Lite–Master tiers. Meta conversation fees are billed separately by Meta.
Telegram
One active free bot per account. Switch the free slot at most once every 7 days, or upgrade to paid.
One active free domain per account. Paid plans apply per verified domain you select at checkout.
How to buy a plan
- 1 Sign in at dash.kirisan.com and open Billing → Order.
- 2 Pick your channel tab, select the device or domain, and choose a plan plus billing period.
- 3 Pay by bank transfer on Billing → Checkout. Credits apply after verification.
Storage add-on
File uploads for sends, autoreply attachments, and Resources → Files use account-wide storage — separate from message credits.

Pricing questions
Do all channels share the same prices?
Yes. WhatsApp, WABA, Telegram, and Email use the same tier names and IDR prices on Billing → Order. Use Text only for Lite–Master, or + Attachment for Super, Advanced, and Ultra when you need images, files, or WABA media templates.
When do I need an attachment plan?
Choose + Attachment if you send images, PDFs, or other files in WhatsApp, Telegram, WABA, or email — or if you use WABA media templates. Text-only tiers (Lite–Master) cover plain text messages.
How do I pay for a plan?
Place an order under Billing → Order, then pay by bank transfer on Billing → Checkout. Kirisan applies credits after payment is verified.
What happens when I renew the same plan?
While your current paid plan is still active, buying the same tier again adds credits and extends expiry from your existing end date — nothing is reset.
Does WABA pricing include Meta fees?
No. Kirisan plans cover platform usage on your WABA number. Meta bills WhatsApp Cloud API conversation fees separately.
Is storage included?
Media and file storage is billed separately. Storage Base starts at Rp 10.000/month for 5 GB (includes upload and open allowances), with optional extra GB and ops packs on Billing → Order.
How long are inbox and message logs kept?
Free accounts keep inbox messages and send audit logs for 7 days; paid plans keep them for 30 days. Stored inbound attachments are permanent while storage is active (they use your storage quota) — use Files → Cleanup orphans after inbox rows expire if you want to reclaim space. If a storage plan expires, files become inaccessible for 14 days, then are permanently deleted unless you renew.
